The old Brutalist style tower was completed in 1968 and was one of the first office towers on Allenby Street. Over the years, the building wore down and over time, the wear and tear became an environmental hazard, when blocks of concrete broke off and fell to the street below. The building was renovated for the benefit of the Menorah Mitvathim company and Bank Hapoalim. The cladding was applied in two shades on all the facades of the building and breathed life and an innovative look into the nostalgic tower.
