Tower HI YAM Located within walking distance of the beach and the new promenade of Bat Yam, in the Hayam Park neighborhood in Bat Yam, which begins with a new promenade in front of Theo Beach, continues in a vast coastal nature reserve and ends in a progressive and green residential district. The tower is 33 stories high וbuilt with green standards, including a pneumatic garbage conveying system and adjacent green areasbeams and ceilings in the tower, covered with aluminum panels, combined with built-in louvers which were manufactured respectively in the processing plant of the Enig group.
