Migdal David, which combines hotels and luxury housing, is located on the sea line of Netanya and extends to a height of 28 floors. The tower includes 60 hotel rooms and 54 luxury apartments. The tower is covered with a full envelope of white aluminum cladding, which gave it a luxurious look.
