The luxury hotel "Ritz Carlton" in Marina Herzliya was designed by the award-winning "GAIA Studio" from Manhattan, which is also responsible for the design of many of the most prestigious accommodation places around the world, including the W hotels in Mexico City and Seoul. The cladding included all the facade beams as well as column cladding. The specifications contained strict requirements for the tin compound due to the proximity to the sea, including laboratory tests for corrosion.
